Heading out to breakfast today and my last scan, we decided to stop for breakfast.
Fiorentina has recently moved from Fitzgerald St to Angove St and so we stopped in to give it a go. The décor is chic and funky.

From their humble beginnings in Northbridge at a time when Italian migrants would seek produce that reminded them of home, Fiorentina has continued these traditions with typical Italian sweets.
Mum and I order the eggs Benedict, mine with cooked ham and mum’s with smoked salmon. Both were delicious, perfectly poached eggs with a creamy hollandaise sauce. We accompanied our breakfast with freshly squeezed orange and mango juice.
John’s order was homemade baked beans with chorizo, wilted spinach, fried egg and toast. It looked fantastic and must have tasted pretty good as John had polished off the lot.
There were so many pastries, cakes and sweets on display and I just couldn’t leave without trying their macarons. They were great! Perfect and smooth biscuits with creamy buttercream filling. Delicious!
I hope Fiorentina does well in their new location and we wish they all the best. It’s a lovely spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The staff are friendly and service is prompt. Make sure you get there early as it does get pretty busy otherwise takeaway some sweets and enjoy them at home.
On the whole, 8 ½ for food quality, 8 ½ for atmosphere and 8 ½ for service.
